Responsibilities :

  • Handling general affairs and office management, e.g. photocopy machine, printer, telephony, electricity, water, AC, pantry.
  • Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions .
  • Procurement/inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies.
  • Record keeping of office assets (e.g. workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels etc.)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (e.g. hotel reservation, transport/taxi etc.).
  • Assist with preparing reimbursement, voucher and other claim.
  • Updating employee attendance (absence, leave).
  • Reconcile timesheets and leave records.
  • Maintain and update staff medical claims.

Requirements :

  • D3 any major from reputable University.
  • Have 1-2 years experience as a General Affair Administration.
  • Detail oriented, good communication skill.
  • Good at operating Ms. Office (Word, Excel).
