PT. JDA-Indonesia is manpower consultants for the Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industries within Indonesia . JDA has been servicing the Indonesian Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industry for 20 years.

Our Client, a Nickel Mining Company is looking for the position:

1. Mine Technical Manager/Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT):

Requirements

1. Male, maximum 45 years old
2. S1 Mine Engineering
3. Familiar with AutoCAD, Surpac and MS Office Software
4. Certified in POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama), POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) or POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) from Pusdiklat Teknologi Mineral dan Batubara and have certification of KTT (Kepala Teknik Tambang)
5. In depth knowledge of Mining Procedure
6. Good knowledge of Mining Products Delivery and Shipping
7. Able to prepare Mine Operation Planning
8. At least have 3 years experience as “Kepala Teknik Tambang” in the same field (Nickel Mining preferred)
9. In depth knowledge of Mining exploration and expoitation process
10. Understand Mining rehabilitation and reclaimation process
11. Willing to travel to site location

2. Senior Geologist:

Requirements:

1. Male/Female Max. 35 years old
2. Min. S1 Geological Engineering
3. 5 years experience in mineral/nickel mapping and exploration with advance skill of geological knowledge
4. Have knowledge to calculate potential mining capacity.
5. Have capability in using Modeling and GIS Software
6. Have POP or POM certificate would be preferred
7. Good communication and leadership
8. Able to communicate in English both oral and written
9. Trust, honest, motivated and good attitude. Able to work in a team
10. Willing to be located in remote area

3. Operation Manager (Non Technical)
Requirements:

1. Male, Max 45 years old
2. Min (S1) Business, Management, Law etc.
3. Experience handling legal document related with proposal and contract agreement with suppliers or contractors in Mining field
4. Good knowledge in Mining Supply Chain Management
5. Good communication skills
6. Able to communicate in English both oral and written
7. Willing to travel to site location

4. Senior Mine Engineer:

Requirements:

1. Male/Female Max. 40 years old
2. Min. S1 Mine Engineering
3. At least 3 years experience in mineral/nickel mine operation
4. Have knowledge to calculate nickel reserve estimation and Mine investment analysis, Mining Design & Engineering, Mining Plan, Mine Waste Management, Reclamation Plan, Nickel body description, Block Models, Geometrical Consideration, Pit Limits, Production Plannning, Reporting of mineral resources and Ore resources, and feasibility study.
5. Have capability in using Mining and Exploration software (e.g. SurPac)
6. Good communication and leadership
7. Able to communicate in English both oral and written
8. Trust, honest, motivated and good attitude. Able to work in a team
9. Willing to be located in remote area
