CDMA OPTIMATION ENGINEER
Job Description :
- Responsible of Radio Network Optimization for CDMA network, Cluster optimization, based on drive test data, and also OSS KPI.
- Improving OSS KPI based on network statistic.
- Review OSS KPI formula and give suggestion to improve.
- Interfacing with the customer, for presentation regarding the optimization activities & progress (OSS KPI and cluster basis).

Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from Reputable University.
- Deep understanding of CDMA technology. At least CDMA 2000 1X, EVDO experience is preferred.
- Min. 2 years Planning & Optimization as CDMA RNO, more experiences will be consider as Senior Engineer.
- Good personality with excellent service attitude.
- Having excellent correspondence and communication skill.
- Willing to be placed at all over Indonesia
