Qualification :

Male
Min Senior High Scholl degree in any dicipline
3 year experience in operating RTGC or HMC
Possess good communication skill.
Hard working, honest, self initiative/motivation
Willing to work at any province in Indonesia

FINANCE STAFF

Qualification :

Male or Female
Age 21 - 25 years old
S1 Accounting or Management
1 year experience as Finance Staff
Advance in excel (PC literate) and Good English
Talkative, persuasive, good analytical thinking, full initiative

FLEET MANAGER

Qualification :

Male
ANT II major in Nautical from reputable university with min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scale
Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a seaman in Shipping Company
Capable in operating computer program, i.e. Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English conversation and possess good communication skill.
Have strong logical thinking & analytical skills, Good Leadership, Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship, self initiative/motivation

PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Qualification :

Female, 23 - 25 years old
Bachelor Degree (Any discipline) with min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scale.
1 year experience in the same position
PC literate (Excel (advance), Word, Aces, Visio, & Power Point).
Good analytical thinking, initiatif, hard working, able to work underpressure

SALES & MARKETING STAFF

Qualification :

Male/Female
Graduated from reputable university in any major with min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 scales.
Good communication skill and analytical thinking, able to work under pressure, persuasive, target oriented and Customer Service oriented
PC Literate and Communicate in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
Willing to work at North Jakarta Area.

Networking is the most effective way to finding any type of employment! We hear a lot about networking and it is absolutely crucial whether starting a job search. In today's competitive job market, 60% of the jobs are found through networking. But just what is networking?

First Contact

Networking is about making contact with the people you know and the people they know. According to a recent research regarding a US-base multinational company with 5,000 employees, 50% of their junior/senior staff were hired through referrals by existing employees. All vacancies in big corporations are posted internally before being advertised. This is called "Reverse Networking" by big employers and saves them immense costs in job advertisements. This is a common practice with all the big employers across the globe.

Map out your direction

Remember, when networking, you are not asking for a job, you are merely asking, "who do you know that I should contact?" It's important to have a clear objective in mind when you're networking stay focused on your career direction: -

What occupation are you pursuing?
What information are you seeking?
Which companies are you trying to reach?
Who would be an excellent lead for you?

Be very clear and specific about this before you go to your next association or business meeting, networking event or cocktail party. The results will surprise you. If you're not sure what you want, try saying, "I'm in transition and looking at different opportunities available to me," instead of saying "I just need any kind of a job." Use every opportunity to network. Networking is an ongoing process, even after you get a job, and it helps you obtain future jobs. Also try to keep building your network continuously.
