Base Maintenance Dept :

1. License Engineer A/P or ERI
(B737-200/300/400/500 or ATR 42/72 or DO 328) Code : (BOE/ATR/DO/LE/WEB/1209)
2. Mechanics (A1/A4 or C1/C2/C4) Code : (A&P/ERI/MCH/WEB/1209)

General Requirement :

- Valid AMEL License B737-200/300/400/500, ATR 42/72 or DORNIER 328 (1)
- Valid Basic License A1 & A4 or C1, C2, C4 (1,2)
- Additional Type Rating for Jet-Fleet, Turbo Prop Fleet is advantage (1,2)
- Fresh graduate from reputable university majoring in aviation are welcome (2)
- Able to understand both written and oral English (1,2)
- Work location in Jakarta, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Berau, Ujung Pandang, Ambon, Jayapura and willing to be rotated within Indonesia Area (1,2)

Career Planning
Career planning is not like party planning. It doesn't just happen and then it's over. You have to keep doing it.

Ask people in your preferred career about how they got where they are. If you hear enough of these stories, you'll discover what you need to do and how to position yourself.

Aim to make money at your career but take time planning your moves. If you can afford it, taking a position that will help you develop a skill for your career is better than an unrelated job that pays well.
