HUMAN RESOURCES DEPUTY MANAGER (HR-DM)

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Create and implement an effective HR program,
including recruitment, performance management,
compensation and benefits management, staff relation,
development and training , and compliance;

2. Provide high-level advice, guidance and
management to the business on full range of employee
relations and performance management as well as industrial
relation issues;

3. Assist HRGA Manager in order to formulate,
deploying as well as review human resources policies and
procedures;

4. Provide human resources support to other
departments;

5. Bridge the communication link between employees
and the organization;

6. Ensure the organization is in compliance with
local employment regulation as well as company policies.

Job Requirements:

1. Male, 35 years old above and holds Bachelor
degree from a reputable university around Central Java and
Yogyakarta region, preferably from Psychology or
Management background;

2. Minimum 5 years progressive experience in the
similar roles preferably in manufacturing MNC’s;

3. Involve in all HR functions ie. Performance
Management, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation,
benefits & Welfare, Training & Development

4. Source for training programmes and coordinate
trainings for staff

5. Manage all HR enquiries and personnel matters

6. Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with
the legislation

7. Candidates for the Manager’s role must be able to
formulate HR policies and strategies and provide
professional HR advice to Senior Managers.

8. Demonstrate leadership ability to lead and drive
a team to achieve project target;

9. Understanding and comprehend Balance Score Card
(BSC) and also Human Resource Score Card (HRSC);

10. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and
computer application literacy is a must;

11. Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji
– Pasuruan East Java.
