HR Operation Staff


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide monthly report of Jamsostek claim
  • Provide reference letter for passport application, visa application, working statement letter for other bank and training purposes
  • Assist payroll process and prepare list of uncompleted documents in relation with Personal File and list of documents to be obtained from recruitment unit
  • Other administration duties

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university with GPA >3.00
  • At least 2 (two) year of working experience in Human Resources Administration, preferably in banking institution
  • Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality
  • A self-motivated, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
  • High accuracy, customer service attitude, helpful and discipline
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
  • Ability to start work immediately
