Detil Pekerjaan


  • Prepare and share various procedures related to HR-Admin & Industrial legal requirements (e.g. employee claims related to accident, resignation, retirement etc.) 
  • Preparing and finalization of sub-contracting agreement for subcontracted employees /deliverables in contract.
  • Ensure safety mandatory requirements are included in subcontractor agreement 
  • Ensure and list out all statutory /legal compliances w.r.t. requirements of government rules /regularities 
  • Timely negotiation and renewal of sub-contractors manpower supply agreement. 
  • Ensure timely release of wages /salary by subcontractor to their employees 
  • Ensure any claims raised by sub-contractor /employee is being settled within timeline as per procedure.
  • Coordinate with government officials as and when required to complete the mandatory documentation as per government rules 
  • Plan HR & Industrial legal compliance audit 
  • Execution of audit and follow up for recommendations / Non-compliances closure discussion with respective Plant Manager /Contract Manager / Country Contract Manager 
  • Visit sites at least once in a year to verify the compliances 
  • Ensure and take actions on about deviations various benefits for employees like Pension Benefit, Social Security
  • Maintain records for sub-contracting services of Professional tax, Mediclaim, Group personnel accident scheme, workmen compensation policy etc. 
  • Ensure to get and verify monthly Government Compulsory Insurance is submitted by sub-contractor within timeline along with monthly Invoice 
  • Verify monthly fee Invoice of sub-contractor bill and compliance of supporting records 
  • Coordinate with sites for Labour contract license timely renewal and support them if any issues 
  • Escalate Risk, issues /concerns related to Industrial rules /legal deviations to HR head & Country Manager.
  • Create awareness by providing training among team about HR-Admin and Industrial statutory /legal requirements and their implications. 
  • Ensure all records are available in IDM.

Desired Skills : 

  • As a main key user of SAP HR system, also to other HR System in place 
  • Understanding of main HR Processes: RSS, L&D, Performance Management, C&B implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR Analytic Report

Education : 

  • Minimum Degree in Legal or Human Resources

Experience : 

  • 5 - 8 years in Human Resources in Industrial Relation
