The day-to-day activities :

  • Develop programs to improve direct & indirect channel performance
  • To execute sales strategy for developing and establish all type of sales  channel to ensure agent diversity (Telco, FMCG, Fashion, Travel, etc.)
  • Optimize channels performance, Close coordination with Sales Leader
  • Increase sales effectively through specific channel and data analytics.
  • Follow up potential company partnership
  • Expanding market, widening company coverage, and strengthening company network
  • Implementation plan for new channel
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance for each channel
  • Feasibility of KUDO existence in several locations

The must haves :

  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
  • Have experience and knowledge about retail sales process; data analysis; and understanding in channel strategy
  • Proficient in English (oral & written)
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Able to establish priorities, manage deadlines, customer & target oriented, and network building.
  • Strategic thinking, negotiation skill, problem-solving and decision making.
  • Willing to do business trip to all area.
